Main objective of DDOR Novi Sad is to maintain a leading position on the domestic insurance market. Therefore, we shall continue to:
- provide full protection of the Insureds' interests with regard to covered risks,
- further develop and improve the existing forms of coverage,
- secure the basic shareholders' interests and the value of their capital,
- ensure constant progress of business activities,
- aim at implementing European business standards in insurance industry.
In order to accomplish the targeted goals, DDOR Novi Sad shall endeavor to provide for:
- full application of the elements of real economy,
- development of new lines of insurance products,
- expand the volume of insurance, particularly with regard to natural persons and small and middle enterprises,
- quality risk management,
- full management of financial resources,
- quality reinsurance protection,
- development of new distributive and marketing channels,
- harmonization of internal business processes.
In the period to come, main business activities of DDOR Novi Sad shall be orientated towards:
- running their business policy and realizing their strategic objectives in conformity with prevailing economic conditions,
- ensuring the quality of services along with assuming full responsibility for covered risks,
- taking care of the Insured's financial position and adjusting levels of protection accordingly,
- strengthening the company's market position and market share through offering inventive and attractive insurance products,
- realizing the set development objectives with regard to the insurance portfolio,
- comprehensive coverage on the territory of the Republic of Serbia,
- introducing changes, particularly in the area of life assurance,
- development of sales channels,
- timely settlement and payment of claims,
- increasing insurance funds,
- providing different forms of support and assistance to insureds,
- active participation in development of the culture of insurance,
- foundation and development of daughter companies (DDOR-Auto etc.),
- linking capital with other legal entities, when circumstances are appropriate,
- stable functioning and further development and improvement of the organisation within the Company,
- further investing into human resources,
- introducing new technologies and latest IT systems,
- maintaining presence both on domestic and international insurance and reinsurance markets.
In their work, DDOR Novi Sad shall continue to focus on:
- maintaining stability and security of business operations,
- applying principles and standards of insurance industry,
